Operating process of loader working device

The operation process of the loader is roughly as follows: the working device cylinder is locked, the bucket is inserted into the material pile, and the bucket is operated to flip backwards to the maximum tilt angle to stop. Manipulate the boom cylinder to lift the boom to the transport position and maintain the transportation of materials to the unloading location. Lift the boom to the unloading position and operate the bucket cylinder to tilt the bucket forward to the maximum unloading angle for unloading, then return to the loading site for the next cycle.

The analysis of operating conditions is the basis for system design, and ideally, when conducting operating condition analysis, an analysis chart of the total load and power changes of the loader in one working cycle can be drawn. However, due to the variability of work, it is often difficult to draw such charts, so generally only the maximum load point or maximum power point during the work cycle can be analyzed, and the peak values at these points are used as the basis for system design.
